Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of TeleMamba (the "Service"), a chatting CRM that connects to a Telegram bot you control and helps you manage fans, automations, and sales of content paid for with Telegram Stars. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Service is for users 18 years or older. Content sold through the Service must comply with Telegram's own Terms of Service and applicable law in the jurisdictions of both the creator and the platform operator, including age-verification and consent requirements for any adult content. You are solely responsible for the legality, ownership, and consent status of any content you upload, send, or sell through your connected bot.

2. What the Service does

TeleMamba is a CRM layer that sits on top of a Telegram bot you connect using your own bot token. We do not host, own, or operate your Telegram account or channel — we provide tools for chatting, tagging fans, automations, statistics, and processing Telegram Stars payments (PPV invoices) through the Telegram Bot API. Withdrawal/conversion of Telegram Stars to other value happens through Telegram's own systems and, where applicable, through payment partners such as NOWPayments; TeleMamba does not custody your funds.

3. Stars never pass through us

Telegram Stars and any payments made with them never pass through TeleMamba or through your connected bot. Neither the bot nor our system ever has access to, custody of, or any right over Stars balances — Stars belong to and are held entirely within Telegram's own systems, controlled solely by the Telegram account holder. TeleMamba only reads payment confirmations that Telegram sends to the bot after a purchase; it cannot hold, freeze, redirect, or lose Stars, because it never has access to them in the first place. Any issue, dispute, or loss involving a Stars balance is between the account holder and Telegram — TeleMamba is not and cannot be responsible for it.

4. Accounts & billing

Each connected bot ("model") is billed according to the plan you select, shown at telemamba.com/#pricing — a flat monthly fee plus a percentage of Stars revenue processed through the Service. A bot remains inactive (no fan ingestion, no chatter access, no automations) until the first period is paid. Plans, fees, and free-link allowances may change; we will not silently change what you're already paying without notice.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, violates Telegram's own policies (which can result in your bot being restricted by Telegram itself, outside our control), or fails to pay an active invoice. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your bot at any time; your Telegram account and channel remain yours regardless.

7. No warranty, limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of Telegram's own infrastructure, payment processors, or third-party services we integrate with. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleMamba is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including any loss of Stars, which we never have access to or control over (see Section 3).

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes affecting billing or acceptable use will be communicated through the app or our Telegram channel before taking effect.
