Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data TeleMamba (the "Service") processes when you connect a Telegram bot and use the CRM, and when your fans interact with that bot.

1. Data we process

• Account data — your login, organization name, and billing/payout details you provide.
• Bot & Telegram data — your bot token (encrypted at rest), and messages, media, and profile information your fans send to your bot, so the CRM can display and let you respond to them.
• Fan profile signals — notes, tags, and AI-inferred signals (e.g. likely country, age range, spend level) generated from chat content to help you and your chatters prioritize and price conversations.
• Payment data — Telegram Stars transaction records (via Telegram's Bot API) and, where used, crypto payout requests processed through NOWPayments.
• Usage data — link clicks, referral/attribution data (country, source), and general product analytics needed to show your own statistics.

2. How we use it

Solely to operate the Service for you: displaying your fans and chats, running the automations you configure, calculating statistics, generating AI fan-profiling notes, processing payments and billing, and (if enabled) sending you notification reports. We do not sell fan or creator data.

3. Third parties we rely on

• Telegram — the Bot API and Stars payments run through Telegram's own infrastructure and are subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — hosting, database, and edge infrastructure.
• NOWPayments — crypto billing and payout processing, where used.
• AI providers (via OpenRouter) — used to generate fan-profiling notes from chat content; content is processed to generate signals, not used to train third-party models on our behalf.

4. Data retention

Data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable backup window, so you keep continuity of your fan history and statistics. You can request deletion of your organization's data — see Section 6.

5. Security

Bot tokens are encrypted at rest. Every organization's data is isolated from every other organization (multi-tenant isolation). Access to platform-level data is restricted to what's needed to operate and support the Service.

6. Your rights

You can request an export or deletion of your account and associated fan data by contacting support. Note that Telegram itself retains its own copy of messages sent through its platform, independent of TeleMamba.

7. Age & content

The Service is for creators and agencies operating adult-oriented Telegram bots for an 18+ audience. We do not knowingly process data on behalf of minors, either as creators or as fans.

8. Legal / corporate information

TeleMamba is operated as a service brand. Full corporate/legal entity details, including our data controller of record, are provided upon a legitimate legal request (court order, law enforcement inquiry, or verified regulatory/data-protection request) — contact support to initiate this.
